Shipping is free anywhere in the Maritimes of Canada. If you are elswhere in the world, shipping starts at 3$.

You don't have to pay anything until I am done crafting your order. Once your order is completed, I will send you a picture of it. If you are satisfied, you can pay by e-transfer and I ship the hair right after. If you are not satisfied with the result of your order, you won't have to pay anything, but I will keep it and you will be responsible if you want the remaining of the hair shipped back to you.

If you haven't recieved anything within 24hrs, check your ''junk mail'' folder. It might also be a typo. Make sure you wrote the address properly!

Once I recieve the hair, I give myself 2-3 business days per bracelet to complete and ship your order.

I have plenty of horsehair from customers who let me have the remaining hair after making their bracelets. You simply have to let me know what color(s) you would like.

Of course! I will send back any hair remaining after making your bracelet or tassel, unless you specify otherwise.

It is not! If the legnth you have isn't sufficient, I can make a tassel instead. If you simply don't have enough thickness, I can either make a very thin bracelet or add other hair of a similar color.

Absolutely! I can mix as many horses as you want. Personally, I think chestnut and white go very well together...!
